URGENTLY HIRING for (Temp-To-Hire) JANITORIAL in Toms River, NJ!
PAY: $16/hr.
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 7p-3a
BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision & Life after 30 days of employment! As a temp-to-hire employee you do accrue sick time, but not vacation time. After 4-6 months you have the chance to be brought on as a permanent employee, and enjoy the companies’ own benefits structure.
WHAT IS THE ROLE?
Responsibilities:
- Vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing, dusting, washing, and mopping assigned areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms.
- Restock supplies.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners and clean receptacles as needed.
- Clean windowsills, windows, blinds, countertops, partitions, and mirrors.
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Clean baseboards, doors, and frames.
- General maintenance of grounds.
- Loads and unloads supplies, and moves heavy furniture and equipment using, dollies, handcarts, or using team lift.
- May perform ground maintenance including snow removal of sidewalks, salting walkways, and debris removal from parking lots.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out written or oral instructions.
- Ability to work effectively with a team, as well as independently.
