Jobsite Laborer Job at Napco Precast Llc
Summary - Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to different jobsites within Texas and Oklahoma.
Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, walls, double Ts, columns, or beams using a variety of hand and power tools (Grinder, Drill, Chipping Hammer, Concrete Saw) at different jobsites.
Primary responsibilities
- Rub cement in with sponge-rubber float or burlap.
- Finish corners by hand
- Patch holes/cracks on concrete walls
- Remove/Clean excess concrete from the walls
- Use grinders on blemishes
- Drill or Core Drill holes as needed
- Clean all hardware
- Cut concrete as indicated on repair orders
- Basic Carpentry Skills to build forms & Safety Rails
- Install Barrier Cables
- Knowledge of Construction Safety and Fall Protection
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- The ability to lift, bend, stoop, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs
- Be on Feet 8 to 12-hour shifts
- Work outside all day in heat or cold
- Push and Pull 30 lbs.
- Be able to lift 100 lbs. with assistance
- Work overtime and mandatory Saturdays when scheduled
- Must be willing to travel between jobsites within Texas (Have reliable transportation)
