JobSource Administrative Assistant Job at Opportunity Enterprises, Inc.
Provide clerical supports to JobSource, a fast-paced department that provides services to individuals seeking employment in the community, and students transitioning out of high school.
Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Director with daily duties and special projects
- Responsible for all Vocational Rehabilitation authorization requests
- Prepare and complete monthly documentation including proofing of all monthly reports, printing, and dissemination
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Responsible for preparation and dissemination of exits including exit surveys for department
- Responsible for preparation and dissemination of all letters regarding discharge files
- Responsible for maintaining JobSource Database
- Maintain JobSource Business Contact File and submittals to the Development Department
- Maintain status sheet; daily monitoring and adjustments to track client progress
- Complete all correspondence and requests for client records from Attorneys, Medicaid, Social Security, etc.
- Monitoring of all billing books to ensure compliance with State Budgets
- Assist with necessary documentation, data and reports as required by CARF (Commission of Accreditation Rehabilitation Facilities) standards, funding sources and the agency
- Responsible for Annual DESOS reporting
- Responsible for preparation and dissemination of all Client, Funding Source, and Business surveys annually
- Assist with Filing weekly, monthly and overflow
- Various special projects as assigned/needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 year’s experience in related field preferred
- Experience with developmentally disabled population preferred
