Job Title: Jr. Bartender - LPM Miami

Pay: $1,000 - 1,250 per week ($200 - 250 per shift)

LPM Restaurant & Bar in Miami is looking for a Jr. Bartender to join their international brand. The Jr. Bartender will be interested in developing their knowledge of French Wine, French Cuisine & complicated cocktails, feel comfortable handling delicate bottles, and support the bar team in delivering excellent service. The Jr. Bartender position is a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well on a team, and is able to anticipate the restaurant's & guests' needs in order to be proactive. We are looking for someone who is interested in a Bartender-path, has passion for wines & liquor, and wants to learn more!

Scope and General Purpose

• Prepare specialty cocktails using detailed recipes
• To handle guest requests regarding inquiries on food, beverage, and service
• To ensure that all liquor stock levels are maintained and correct ordering procedures are carried out.
• Preparing batches & syrups according to recipes when needed
• Polishing when needed
• Organizing
• Completing opening checklists
• Clean and sanitize bar area including counters, shelves, dishwashers, storage areas, tools, and utensils
• Prepare all ingredients and garnishes as assigned by the bar manager
• Support bartender during service to ensure all glasses, tools, etc. are continuously clean and ready for use
• Restock and replenish any bottles necessary
