Summary
Jr Recruitment efforts at Venus ET Fleur consist of meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *Posting job descriptions, reading resumes, screening candidates and setting up interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Manage job requirements between hiring managers and leadership
- Create job descriptions with HR head
- Source and screen resumes to determine if candidates meet position requirements
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring manager
- Follow up on interview process status
- Conduct reference and background checks (if applicable)
- Create and manage reports on employment activity via BambooHR and other platforms
- Assist with offer letter extension once set up post integration
- Assist in the onboarding process, welcome emails, onboarding presentations etc
