Job Responsibilities Include:
* Drive cabinetry sales
* Design customized cabinet projects based on customer specifications using 20/20 design software
* Serve as a company representative for all generated inquiries
* Maintain detailed customer records
* Achieve sales goals and maintain required close rates
* Ability to thrive in a high volume fast-paced environment
* Minimize and manage customer issues
Qualifications:
* 2+ years’ experience in online/phone sales, preferably with an affinity for design.
* Previous 20/20 software experience (or similar software)
* Ability to multitask and learn “hands on”
* Strong Computer skills: Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and internet savvy a must.
* Superior written and oral communication skills
* Should be enthusiastic about our products and highly self-motivated
* Understanding of field measurements, blueprint scaling, and a basic knowledge of plumbing placement, countertops, cabinets, and general hardware helpful
* Rotating Saturdays and Evenings a MUST in the Bartow, Florida location
Salary + Commission
