Landscape Construction Crew Lead Job at Farrell's Lawn & Garden Center
We’re looking for a Landscape Construction Foreman to lead the construction of Outdoor Living Spaces that not only change our clients' backyards but change the way they live outdoors! The person in this position is responsible for the management of a team of skilled individuals and the completion of the project.

$20 - $30 hourly + Commission
Responsibilities:- Manage, Plan, and Implement Construction tasks in accordance with Priorities and Goals
- Manage and Guide the use of Machinery and Equipment
- Allocate and Delegate Responsibilities
- Supervise, Train, and Give Feedback to Team Members
- Communicate Effectively with Clients, Office Staff, and Crew
- Peacefully Resolve any Emerging Problems or Issues
- Prepare and present progress to Office
- Excellent Knowledge of Construction Operations and Equipment
- Familiarity with Blueprints / Plans
- Good Time-Management skills
- Ability to Multi-task
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Critical-Thinker and Problem Solver
- Good Physical Condition and Stamina
- High School Diploma
- Valid Drivers License
- Any Additional Relevant Certification will be considered an advantage
