How Will You Shine?

As a valued and successful landscaper you will be required to:

Maintain work area clean and organized

Maintain professional guest relations

Preventive maintenance of grounds equipment (spark plugs, air/oil filters, oil change, cleanliness, tire checks, blade sharpening

Report all unsafe conditions immediately

Mowing, edging of turf

Sweeping curbing, entrances, and sidewalks

Cleaning grounds maintenance work area

Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor to include cross training

Emptying exterior trash containers

Fertilization of trees, shrubs, grass

Installation of edging for ornamental plants

Maintenance of bathing facilities

Mulching ornamental plant beds

Operate parking lot sweeper

Operate turf aerator

Pesticide application

Planting of flowers, trees, and shrubs

Pruning trees and shrubs

Removal of ice, snow from sidewalks, entrances

Removal of trees and shrubs

Repair of irrigation system

Replacement of bulbs in lighting fixtures

Sod removal and installation

Transplant of trees and shrubs

Weeding of ornamental plant beds

Attend meetings as required

Set timer clocks for irrigation
