Gardens of Grace, LLC is seeking an Installation Crew Leader. Under the guidance of the management team, the individual hired for this position will lead and train a crew, dedicated to the daily operations of our Installation business. Location:

• Our office/yard is located at 442 Bixby Rd, Columbia, IL 62236

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Oversees and manages daily crew responsibilities
• Responsible for maintaining crew's truck, trailer, and skid steer
• Ensures jobs are completed on time and on budget in a detailed manner
• Extensive knowledge pertaining to patios, retaining walls, landscapes and drainage systems

Basic Personal/Professional Attributes:

• Ability to improvise and foster innovation
• Remain calm and productive under pressure and cope well with change
• Empower staff by fostering an environment of honesty, integrity, and understanding
• Able to drive project to completion on time
• Appreciation of client satisfaction
• Willingness to work long hours, including some Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Skid steer experience
• 3 -5 years of experience in landscape field
• Proficient in plan reading and execution
• Proficient using smart phone and phone applications
