What you will do:

• Provide individual, family and group therapy as indicated by program/school needs.
• Develop and oversees the completion of treatment on an individual, family and group basis. Services include: clinical assessment, service planning, individual, group, family and milieu therapies, counseling, case management, record keeping and service coordination with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Develop expertise in differential assessment, treatment readiness and change model, and motivational interviewing.
• Document and assesses the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting the objectives and goals of the treatment plan.
• Document all therapy and contacts with clients and other service providers.
• Maintain clients’ clinical files in a timely and orderly fashion.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must possess the education and current specific licensure required for the State of Utah.
• Obtain the appropriate number of CEUs each year to maintain licensure, if applicable.
• One year of prior experience working in a residential/school setting with at-risk students, their families and the Juvenile Justice System.
• Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver. Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.
• Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
• Must be over the age of 21
