Charge nurse LPN position in our Lake Geneva facility. Night NOC shift currently available. Additional part time and/or casual hours possible on Day and/or PM shift. Flexible schedule.
Only 30 licensed skilled nursing beds. Mostly long-term private pay residents with some short-term rehab. Responsibilities include providing direct nursing care to our residents and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. No mandated overtime, flexible scheduling, and great staff-to-resident ratios.
As a part of the Golden Years team, our nursing staff enjoys being able to develop meaningful relationships with their patients and families and truly making a difference in their lives while working alongside fellow staff and managers that have the same desire to serve.
Qualified candidates must either have a valid Wisconsin LPN nursing license OR candidates can be graduate nurses waiting to take their NCLEX. We can assist in applying for a temporary permit so training and nursing work can begin right away!
