Job Summary:

NEW HIRES WILL RECEIVE SIGNING BONUS AND COMPLETION BONUS PER PROJECT.

Current hiring is for projects at Navy bases located in the Jacksonville FL area (Kings Bay, Mayport, and Jacksonville).

Lighting Installers perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled work in the retrofitting of existiting lighting fixtures and switches.

Essential Duties:

Primary tasks include retrofit of existing lighting fixtures and switches with new energy efficient uogrades.

Perform a variety of skilled & semi-skilled tasks involving the use of different hand tools and power tools, for lighting upgrades.

Assists with loading or unloading of trucks and staging material when needed.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

OSHA 10

Prior experience with plumbing retrofit / maintenance

Prior Handyman experience preferred

Customer service experience

Other Qualifications/Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License

Ability to pass military base / prison access background checks required

Travel 100%

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Signing bonus
