We are seeking a Liquid Soap Maker in the production of all liquid soaps. Compounding large and small batches of soap and maintaining a safe and clean work space. This position requires frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and working in an environment which can be subject to hot and cold conditions.
1. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational duties
· Weighing raw materials
- Following precise written and oral instructions
· General maintenance on pumps, mixers and other small equipment
· Raw material checks and order math
· Checking status on ordered ingredients & parts
· Preparing orders to ship
2. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 10%
Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Assist in bar soap production as needed
3. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Energetic and eager for physical work
Attention to detail - measuring & weighing materials precisely and repeatedly
Ability to multi task
Balance between learning and leading
Sees challenges and puzzles, not problems
Thinks of others and anticipates needs before they arise
Ability to read and follow recipes and verbal instruction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.50 - $27.50 per hour
