Looking for a Live-in Caregiver

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Live-In caregiver for an immediate opportunity. Driver's license and insured vehicle to assist with appointments and shopping.The assignment will be either a four-day or three-day shift - splitting each week with another caregiver.
Approximate pay range 3 day Live-in $728. / 4 day live-in $1064.00

  • We do not mandate our employees to be vaccinated. However, many of our clients are requesting Covid vaccinated employees.

We are looking for caregivers with:
  • Live-in experience
  • Personal care experience (being certified as a CNA or HHA is a plus)
  • Driver's license and insured vehicle to assist with appointments and shopping
  • Positive personality with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Hospice Experience including End of Life beneficial
  • Hourly pay with paid overtime (time and a half) after 40 compensable hours

Requirements
  • Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
  • Drivers license with insured and reliable automobile (preferred)
  • Dementia/ Hospice including end of life experience a plus
  • Minimum one year of documented experience required
  • Proof of professional training ie, CNA, HHA, PCA certificate would be a plus.
  • Pass a drug test and background check
Responsibilities
  • Personal care, bathing, incontinence care, dressing and other ADL's
  • Positive personality with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Follow care plans
  • Med reminders
  • Light housekeeping
  • Laundry
  • Meal prep
