We are looking for a talented Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will be responsible for originating residential mortgage loans, assisting clients in selecting the best mortgage product to meet their financial goals, and guiding them through the mortgage process from application to closing.

Responsibilities:

• Originate residential mortgage loans through lead generation, referral sources, and other means
• Assess clients' financial situations and provide guidance on the mortgage products that best fit their needs
• Collect and analyze clients' financial information to determine their eligibility for mortgage loans
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process, including pre-approval, underwriting, and closing
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, realtors, and other referral sources to generate new business
• Stay up-to-date on mortgage industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
• Completed all qualifications for licensing in Colorado and/or
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential mortgage lending
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator License in [insert state(s)] required
