How you will spend your day as a Location Manager:

• Manage and coordinate daily location activities

• Develop business plans for efficient use of materials, equipment, and management of employees

• Achieve budget by controlling all operational expenses effectively leading sales

• Resolve operating difficulties and implements resolutions

• Advocate for Safety by ensuring all policies, rules, and best practices are followed

• Assign, instruct, and train associates in the performance of their jobs

• Monitor all sales activities to ensure profitability and the best sales advantages

• Manage/perform inventory, purchasing, and sales functions

• Build relationships with associates, customers, and vendors

• Coordinate workflow within the location and develops teamwork and shared resources with other locations

• Achieve operational excellence by setting operational goals and establishing procedures

• Lead, inspire, train, and manage side by side with team members

• Build a culture of respect and trust - maintain excellent internal and external customer relationships

We want you to join our team if you can check these boxes:

• Minimum education required—High School Diploma or G.E.D.

• Minimum experience required—3-5 years of management experience in a related industry.

• Special skills preferred — Must have excellent oral communication skills and positive interpersonal skills. Must be able to inspire others and work with minimum supervision. Must maintain and enhance positive customer relations.

• Special Knowledge preferred — Accounting and basic math skills. Knowledge of building materials and residential construction.

• Physical demands include standing and walking for extended periods of time, bending or stooping, and regularly lifting up to 50 pounds.
