LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Job at Ash Flat Healthcare & Rehab Center
$1500 SIGN ON BONUSES: $500 every 30 days for 90 days!
Ash Flat Healthcare & Rehab is hiring nurses (LPNs or RNs) for weekend shifts, day shifts, and night shifts. Shifts are currently 12 hours and are either 6a-6p or 6p-6a.
Day shift positions are staffed with 3 nurses who work 2 halls each. We strive for high staffing ratios to allow our nurses to provide quality care to residents and to enable our nurses to feel effective in their roles.
Full time employees earn PTO and benefits.
We work hard to provide a comfortable working environment with staff support. Our DON and ADON are very hands on with shared goals of educating and demonstrating best practice nursing skills.
We have a Treatment Nurse who works 5 days a week providing all treatments for residents. This alleviates job duties for our floor nurses and allows a trained Treatment Nurse to focus on her job duties
We love having new admissions but also know the challenges they provide for floor nurses. This is why we have administrative nurses who assist with admissions.
Providing quality care to our wonderful residents is top priority but we know that staff has to feel valued and appreciated in order to do that.
