Island is seeking an experienced Machine Operator based out of our factories in Bentonville, Arkansas. This position reports to the shop Foreman.
Essential Functions
- Loads/ unload raw/ finished materials.
- Stages materials in sequence.
- Keep yard space organized.
- Inspect materials upon receipt for damages.
- Set up and calibrate accessories and equipment
- Keep detailed records for equipment and procedures
- Perform necessary maintenance and cleaning on equipment
- Supervise machines as they run and make adjustments as needed
- Complies with all safety rules and regulations.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma
- 2+ years of Machine Operator experience preferred but not required
- Construction/ Manufacturing background is a plus!
- Valid Drivers License required
- Must have the ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in an enviroment with a high noise level
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
