South Puget Sound Community College (SPSCC) seeks student work study applicants for the position of Maintenance Office Assistant 2 in Facilities.

Schedule Information: Monday - Friday between 7:00-5:00, 19 hours per week, flexible schedule. Your schedule is to be determined based on your class schedule and facility operations office hours.
Educational Benefit: Brings experience in relevant documentation, processes, and procedures of construction, projects, maintenance, and documentation of the related fields. Allows for hands-on experience in a Facility Operations environment for resume building and job references.
- Gathering information to complete an electronic inventory of equipment on campus.
- Assist with documenting procedures, data entry and other clerical tasks.
- Ability to bend, climb ladders & stairs, crawl, reach, lift and work in high places.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Strong aptitude for attention to detail and accuracy of information.
- Intermediate experience in Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to report for work on campus in a office environment and follow PPE guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and follow oral/written direction of tasks.
- Ability to communicate and present oneself in a professional manner.

b. In the body of the email include: Full Name/Preferred Name, Student ID Number (SID) and Program of Study

If selected for an interview bring your completed Work Study Authorization form with you to the interview.
