Prospera Property Management, LLC is currently accepting applications for a positon as Maintenance Manager.
This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday.
Availability to work evenings and weekends acording to business needs of the company may be required as necessary.
Job Duties would inclkude performing routine maintenance on building systems such as power washing, replacing damaged ceiling tiles, and striping of the parking lot. Cleaning and assisting with the upkeep of the facilities. Ensuring the trash receptacle, dumpster, and other areas are kept clean and clear. Maintaining the cleanliness of interior and exterior areas of buildings, common areas, parking lots, landscape areas, sidewalks, driveways, and removing any debris from those areas. Performing general repairs including repair of drywall, painting, and repairng doors, plumbing, electrical, light carpentry and other lighting and building fixtures. Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need or repair. Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary parts. oversee sub-contractors as needed. check completed work to ensure that it meets quality standards. Plan repair work using bulding blueprints or equipment manuals as needed. Make ready vacant units as needed. Work safely and comply with all safety rules. Report any accidents or injuries immediately. Performs other ralted deuties as assigned based on the neds of the company. Ordering of supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
