Inova Staffing is currently seeking candidates for a couple clients of ours in the Cleveland area. This individual would be maintaining equipment, such as CNC Lathes, Forge presses and Horizontal saws. The ideal candidate would have excellent experience in manufacturing maintenance, mechanical experience, and would be knowledgeable of safety standards.

Candidates must be open to working all three shifts.

1st shift: 7:00-3:30

2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm 5% shift differential

3rd shift 11:00pm-7:30am Sunday-Thursday 7% shift differential

$23-$25/hr. Based on experience

Job Requirements

Manufacturing Machining Maintenance Experience (3 year minimum, 5 years preferred).

Experience in mechanics, machinery, and electrical work.

Knowledge of industry safety standards.

Ability to work independently and as a team.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Keen attention to detail.

Documentation and reporting skills.

Candidates must have a High School diploma or equivalent.

Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
