Maintenance Repairman II Job at Children Service Center
Purpose of this position:
This is a skilled maintenance and repair work in the building, mechanical or electrical trades. An employee in this class works in a variety of trades in the maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment. Supervised by the Administration Officer or his delegate on as needed basis.
*This Position Works a Monday through Friday Schedule*
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Knowledge of the methods, materials, tools and practices used in at least two of the building, electrical and mechanical trades
- Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the trades involved

Qualifications:
- Two years of experience general maintenance work which has involved at least two of the building, electrical or mechanical trades;
and such training as may have been gained through completion of the 12th school grade;
or any equivalent combination of experience and training
