About this Position:

NC Manufacturing Facilities Maintenance team member with the responsibility of supporting the overall maintenance and repairs of the buildings, equipment and grounds. Provide technical repair & maintenance support to all NC Manufacturing Departments. Support facility related activities (Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing repairs) to ensure that NC Manufacturing operates in a safe and efficient manner.


Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate, analyze, identify, and conduct repairs to Facility Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Building Systems
  • Contractor supervision and oversight of maintenance contracts with suppliers, ensure overall contract compliance.
  • Assist with Project Management for Facilities and Production ensure work is completed as planned and within budget parameters.

Who we are seeking:


Required Work Experience:

  • Ideally, the successful candidate must have a minimum of five years of building maintenance experience, preferably in an industrial environment. However, proven practical experience will be considered in the place of formal experience.

Required Education:

  • High school diploma or GED. An Associate Degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance/engineering a plus.
