Shift Requirements:

Multiple shifts available:

1st Shift Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM

2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:30PM-12AM

3rd Shift Sunday - Thursday 9:30PM - 6AM

$22.00 per hour plus $4.00 per hour incentive. Shift differential of .50 and 1.00 for 2nd and 3rd shift Wage is negotiable based on knowledge and experience

Position Summary
This position is responsible for effectively and efficiently diagnose, troubleshoot and repair production equipment and performing preventive maintenance following Menasha Packaging standards for quality and safety.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Repair and troubleshoot production equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Assist in the set-up and tear down of production lines
• Follow GMP’s good manufacturing practices as identified in the corporate quality documents
• Promote a safe work environment
• Inside and outside building maintenance

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS

Education Required

High School Diploma or Equivalent

High School Diploma or EquivalentSKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Work Experience Required

• Three or more years of experience in Maintenance required
• Electrical, mechanical and hydraulics knowledge required
• Experience working with PLC and Drive Controllers
• Equipment skills desired: knowledge of shrink wrap equipment, balers, heat tunnels, printers, glue machines, conveyors, carton sealer, stretch wrappers

Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired

• Mechanical aptitude
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Effective interpersonal skills, including listening
• Attributes desired include being self-motivated, assertive, self-starter, problem-solver and results driven
• Willing to work overtime and/or weekends as requested by Maintenance Supervisor
