Position Summary
We are looking for a Manager of DS Performance and Measurement who will sit at the center of strategy, planning, and investment teams for retailer activations. This person will perform critical optimization and strategic analysis to inform decision making across ecommerce campaigns, so a strong analytics background is necessary. In addition to coordinating with teams internally, this dynamic person will be tasked with helping establish and manage data and ecommerce partnerships to ultimately push our audience first centric product forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead performance reporting deliverables for shopper marketing campaigns with a team of analysts across major retailers
  • Generate insights with actionable recommendations to inform in-flight optimizations and future campaigns
  • Manage dashboard visualization and onboard additional retailer data to our proprietary reporting product
  • Assist with creating measurement and learning plans for each retailer in collaboration with broader shopper team
  • Act as shopper media lead across all day-to-day activities within J&J’s DMP & identity management platforms, inclusive of – audience creation, frequency management and insights generation
  • Collaborate with other specialty groups to lead forecasting across paid search, social and programmatic

Education
  • Bachelor's degree required
Work Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in media analytics
  • Experience with CPG based brands
  • Experience with shopper marketing a plus
Skills
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills
  • Strong proficiency with Tableau
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data to inform go-to-market strategies
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas to both external and internal teams and ability comfort with presenting to senior level clients
  • Solid understanding of marketing/communications process and the role of investment in it
  • Experience working with Ad Tech/Mar Tech & data visualization platforms
  • Strong prioritization, project and time management skills
  • Advance proficiency in Excel

The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $90,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
