Manufacturing Technician - Oven Operator Entry-level

• Receive on-the-job training as an entry-level oven operator for a company that manufactures fun!

• Fill & weigh resin buckets to ensure the correct amount
• Empty resin buckets into the appropriate mold
• Monitor the rotational molding oven to ensure accurate cycle times
• Remove thecompleted product from the molds
• Complete quality data reports

We are looking to hire an entry-level Manufacturing Technician or Oven Operator to operate our large rotational molding ovens. Please consider joining our growing business & receive on-the-job training if this position fits your skillset.

Our Ideal Manufacturing Technician - Oven Operator:

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment. Or previous experience in a physically demanding role such as construction, landscaping, or paving. We provide on-the-job training for entry-level candidates.
• Hardworking: While there's some downtime, everyone needs to move quickly and work urgently when required.
• Active: This is a very physical position that requires exerting/lifting 30 to 50 pounds regularly, seeing & hearing, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, grasping, and feeling. Willing to work in warm temperatures.
• Team Player: Humble enough to admit mistakes. Driven to do great work. Able to work collaboratively with 3 to 4 teammates.
• Dependable: Steady & reliable. Someone who shows up to work every day is essential to the success of this position.
• Computer: Able to use a computer terminal for operating ovens & adjusting cycle times
