Job Scope:
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced
Marine Mechanics for multiple projects located in and around
Solomons and Chestertown, MD. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of
$22-28/hour based on experience & skill level.

Job Scope:
- Inspecting, Maintaining and Repairing Boats of all Kinds
- Use Diagnostic Equipment to Test and Repair Boat Engines, Gas, Diesel Hulls, Propellers, Rigging Masts, Sales and Navigational Equipment
- Install and Test Sanitation and Refrigeration Systems, Cabinetry, Electrical Systems, Steering Gear and Accessories
- Troubleshoot, Test, Repair, Replace, Remove and Install Vessel Systems and Components
- Conduct Thorough Assessment prior to Starting Job, including Acknowledging the Budgeted Time and Time Frame for Completion, Proving the System and the Element Requiring Service, Sourcing Parts if Required
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of Experience. Preferred ABYC and/or Manufacturer Certifications
- Overall Knowledge of Marine Systems, including Electrical, Plumbing, Water Systems
- Basic Tools for the Trade
- Standard PPE
- Able to Lift 50 Pounds, Work on Ladders and work in Confined Spaces
- Available to Work Overtime, when needed, in order to meet Deadlines
- Follow SHM Safety and Environmental Rules
- Complete Required Related Training
