Marketing and Office Liaison Job at CAVAlier Consulting
This is not a digital marketing position. This is an in-person traditional marketing role that requires commuting regularly to medical offices within San Diego County.
Our team has many exciting projects underway and we are looking for the right candidate to help us execute them. We are looking to hire a skilled Marketing & Office Liaison to reach company goals and increase utilization and awareness for our network of physicians and healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
- Support the leadership team through the organization and administrative support for various projects.
- Maintain strong communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate employee meetings and communications.
- Maintain executive schedules and oversee project load. Plan, prepare and deliver some presentations as well as prepare and deliver key marketing materials
- Work directly with President, facilitate cross-functional communication and report key findings to stakeholders.
- An understanding of marketing tools and tactics.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience-BA/BS is a plus but is not required. MA’s are encouraged to apply.
- Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.
- Clear copywriting and editing skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Healthcare Experience a plus.
- Bilingual a plus but not required (Tagalog, Farsi, Arabic, Spanish)
- Clean driving record.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
