Marketing Coordinator

This position is under the direct supervision of the Marketing Director. The individual in this position will be expected to work in a collaborative manner with the Marketing Director to move residents into our three regional assisted living communities. This position processes all applications for resident admission. This position updates software with leads information.

This position is a customer service specialist and is typically the first touch point for customers; they are expected to provide an excellent customer service experience for all residents, guests, and other customers. This position handles the leasing process in the community, including scheduling appointments with prospective residents and touring and showing the communities and processing admission paperwork.
