Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Insights, the Data Analyst – US Marketing
will partner closely with the US Marketing Brand team, Strategic Insights, and Customer Analytics to deliver timely business analytics and reporting to shape strategy and measure effectiveness. The Data Analyst must be able to effectively communicate, demonstrate curiosity, and be solution oriented.

- Deliver monthly revenue and share performance reports
- Analyze sales performance by geography, customer type, other variables
- Deliver retail forecasting monthly in partnership with Finance
- Use predictive analytics and statistical modeling to identify business risks and opportunities
- Track and report leads for sales team generated across different channels
- Write queries for data extraction against a local database SSMS as well as the Azure Data Lake (DL) using Databricks.
- Identify the best platform for data consumption per requestor, offer flexibility in the way our internal customers receive the data.
- Manage ad hoc requests, appropriately prioritizing against business needs
- Adhere to strategic policies, processes, technology, measurement and governance

- Hands-on experience developing reporting and dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar.
- Hands-on experience pulling together complex datasets in a MS SQL environment.
- Experience working in a cloud environment, preferably with Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Azure Analysis Services.
- Develop KPIs for the measurement of various company initiatives. Create and improved metrics that answer the underlying question of requests.
- Bachelor’s in Business Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field required, Master’s or advanced degree preferred
Additional Qualifications
- Ability to articulate, persuade and communicate the nuances and insights of the team’s reporting.
- Broad understanding of latest BI trends and their impact on business strategies and operations.
- Agile to work on high-priority tasks while keeping long-term objectives on track.
