We are looking for someone who has strong communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate will support design engineers directly as well as interface with production managers, assembly technicians, manufacturers, and occasionally customers. The candidate should be expected to work overtime when necessary to complete projects on time. You must be proficient with SolidWorks and have a willingness to learn and collaborate with others. We are looking for electronics, robotics and sheet metal skills. The Company operates in a fast-paced environment and an ideal candidate is one who is a self-starter and can balance numerous tasks.

Required Qualifications:

· SolidWorks experience: 5+ years of work/school experience

· Under the direction of others, create and edit drawings for production

· Under the direction of others, design and edit parts and assemblies to meet specifications

· Work well with managing time on multiple projects with some supervision

· Aptitude to learn new tasks and work toward organizational goals

· Enjoy working in a team environment setting

· Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas to others

· Ability to work from verbal or written forms of communication

· Interpersonal and collaboration skills

· Basic proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

· High school level math or equivalent

· Ability to assemble and troubleshoot prototypes from CAD designs

· Must be detail oriented

· Ability to stay organized

· Associates degree in related field of work

· Proficiency with sheet metal design within SolidWorks

· Background in robotics

· Background in electronics and general circuits knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

· CSWA certification

· Ability to operate 3D Printers, hand tools, and power tools as needed

· Basic knowledge of IP networking
