We are expanding and are in immediate need of an LGPC, LPC, LCPC LMSW or LMSW-C to join our clinical team!
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
- Knowledge of psychosocial disorders, diagnoses, therapies, and principles.
- Interview patients and families to assess psychosocial problems, develop treatment plans, and monitor and evaluate patient progress.
- Communicate with patients based on an understanding of the cognitive and developmental needs of adult patients.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and knowledge of patient's progress.
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions for patients and their families in order to assist in resolving personal and environmental problems which prevent them from achieving their highest level of psychosocial functioning.
- Participate as a member of the treatment team.
