This role contributes to Starbucks success by managing strategies that accelerate business growth while working directly with Global Supply Chain leadership team. You will be developing and implementing strategic scenarios for investments and value delivery, business cadence, as well as leading complex financial analysis and business modeling. You will also have responsibility for strategic narrative with cross functional stakeholders and connecting the work across our team into strategic planning, budget planning process, lead strategic stakeholder engagement and business planning.
As a mgr. sr strategy & business planning, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating to develop and implement Global Supply Chain strategic priorities
- Lead the development of strategic and financial analysis to support critical business decisions
- Develop business unit narrative in partnership with leadership team

Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to lead others through a high degree of complexity and ambiguity to create Supply Chain solutions
- Strong financial and statistical understanding
- Experience in Supply Chain functions in a high growth, dynamic organization
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to establish cross-functional relationships with business and technology partners
- Ability to collaborate and drive consensus leveraging persuasive presentation skills
- Ability to negotiate and influence
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
