We are seeking self-motivated individuals who communicate well and can provide a great customer experience, to join our award-winning sales team. The Motorcycle Sales Associate must be professional, friendly, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Follow in-HOUSE sales process
• Greet customers immediately in a courteous and friendly manner
• Handle telephone transactions professionally
• Ensure customers are properly qualified for needs, wants, and ability to buy
• Practice features/benefits selling methodology
• Use industry best practices for vehicle sales, trade-ins, and purchases
• Conduct pre-delivery inspection prior to delivering the bike to customer
• Ensure the delivery to the customer is an “EVENT" that endears the customer to the dealership
• Contact customers using mailing lists, data files, and personal follow-up

On-site training will be provided.
