Role: Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, developing new hire compensation packages, and closing candidates especially for MSP/VMS system. This person will be expected to develop strong relationships with team members, hiring managers, and business leaders.

Experience/Skills:

  • 3+ years of Engineering recruiting experience
  • Experience with MSP/VMS systems (Ford/MSX, GM/Allegis, Stellantis/WorkForceLogiq)
  • Manage the recruitment life cycle process through the interviews to offer stage, and on boarding
  • Extensive recruitment experience preferably into Automotive hiring
  • Should be good in Stakeholder Management, Sourcing, Screening and offer negotiations
  • Interact with the Hiring Manager for follow up, coordination etc.
  • Strong decision making ability
  • Very strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of basic software and online applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet web browsers

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
