The Champion Automotive Group is growing again and we're looking for a skilled and detail oriented EXPERIENCED New Car Auto Sales Manager for a high volume Metro Detroit Dealership. Domestic experience is preferred but we are willing to consider all that apply. If you do not have auto sales management experience please do not apply for this position.
You MUST have the following abilities and characteristics to be considered:
- High Level of Retail Intensity
- DMS proficient
- BDC experience and oriented
- Computer and CRM proficiency
- Able to hire and train sales staff
- Sales Process oriented
- Create sales floor culture driven for success
This position is for highly motivated experienced individuals that want to take their management career to the next level. You will be provided with all the necessary resources, training and assistance from executive management to succeed. GM experience preferred! Looking for at least 5+ years selling cars and r at least 3+ years sales management experience.
Possible signing bonus for the right individual with the right experience and with proven results!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
