We are currently offering SIGN-ON BONUS for all new full time candidates dedicated to patient care and customer service! Patriot Rehab and Wellness Center is looking for caring and dependable CNA's for all shifts. Morning 6a-2p, Evening 2-10p, Graveyard 10p-6a, Double weekends: Sat & Sun 6a-10p. Our ideal candidates should have a great attitude, a warm heart, and dedicated to giving the best care to our residents.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide patient/resident care as required under the direct supervision of the licensed nurse. The Certified Nursing Assistant completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe patient/resident care. Communication and interactions with patients, residents, families and other health team members is an essential component of this position. Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides direct patient/resident care and reports condition and changes to RN or LPN.
- Documents results of patient/resident care within established policies, proceduresand scope of practice.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties: Completes all other duties as assigned.
