How will you make an Impact?
- You will use the Leadership, Management and Accountability framework to manage vital aspects of success and uphold a high level of accountability for your team. This will result in knowledgeable and engaged Bookkeepers.
- You will support the Site Director by providing clerical and administrative assistance.
- You will conduct outreach to secure new vendor relationships, as necessary, and manage all Austin Field Office vendor relationships.
Are you the newest Office Manager?
- Bachelor's degree in related field or a combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of computers including Excel, Word, and MS Office is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience supervising a team preferred.
- Proactive with ability to multitask.
The Good Stuff:
- Full-Time position with a salary range of $70,000-$82,500, based on skills and experience.
