Title: Production Consultant (Oil & Gas)
Department: Operations Location: Abilene, TX and the surrounding area
Position Summary:
The Production Consultant is responsible for overseeing the production for current and future oil & gas fields to increase production and profitability of wells on our leases.
Job Responsibilities:
- New Well completions
- Re-entry tie backs
- casing replacement
- fishing tools, packers
- reverse units, swivels
- diagnose downhole problems
- Working with Mature fields
- LOE control
- Communication with office and field staff to keep all parties informed and moving toward the same common goal
- Coordination with suppliers and subcontractors when used in regards to ongoing projects.
- Specific duties include, but are not limited to, contract administration, schedule management, preparation of spreadsheets & reports, risk management, safety, and quality control.
Job Requirements:
- In Depth knowledge of oil & gas production
- Basic knowledge of safety and security issues and regulations.
- Excellent mathematical skills, including application, and use in problem solving.
- Strong coordination, time management, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking and reasoning skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency using MS Office
- 10 years of experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
