At Kura Sushi USA, our Opening Team Members are responsible for leading, instructing, coaching and managing all new store members and trainees in ensuring exceptional guest experience and support the current company expansion plans.

Our Opening Team Members travel and stay from weeks to months at new or existing stores to assist with training and store operations.

Expectations:

• Educate and train hands-on work to new hires and employees
• Ongoing process improvement of techniques for efficient training
• Ensure efficient and effective store operations within given guidelines
• Analyze employees training needs for better performance
• Coach employee on food quality and safety in the restaurant
• Stand for long periods of time
• Lift items up to 25 lbs.

Travel 100% of the time

Schedule:

• Full-time Exempt position
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
