Description
Supports and assists operative teams with the daily flow of activities of the operating room (OR) and patient care by cleaning/disinfecting the operating room suites and related areas, transporting patients and equipment, stocking supplies, and performing other duties as assigned. Successful performance of this role helps UH provide safe, helpful and courteous care to patients and directly provides safe, helpful and courteous support services to operative teams. Certified Surgical Cleaning Technician Certification (Association for Healthcare Environment) preferred. CPR training provided on the job.
Qualifications
High School Equivalent / GED OR cleaning/disinfecting experience preferred.
