Responsibilities:

• Work alongside our Executive Vice President to learn and assist with a broad variety of projects and tasks on a daily basis.
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Support, review, and advise on various assignments and tasks related to company operations
• Monitor emails and report all updates to the Executive Vice President
• Monitor, communicate, and advise sales team and other departments on behalf of the Executive Vice President
• Collaborate with other staff and departments as needed
• Organize and monitor deadlines and priorities per Executive Vice President
• Other job duties as they arise​

Preferred Experience/ Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
• Self-motivated and time-efficient worker capable of working independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Outstanding organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
