Our client, a company located just north of Sarasota County in Florida, is currently seeking one operation specialist to join their team. The primary focus of this role will be to manage the activities of financial advisors and their clients. Work to identify ways to improve efficiencies and best practices alongside management. Our client recognizes that successful wealth management goes beyond just managing money. With a focus on serving affluent individuals and families between the ages of 50 and 80, our client understands the needs and concerns of their target demographic. In addition, they cater to clients with assets ranging from $750,000 to $3,000,000 and have a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges of managing wealth in this range.

About the job and benefits:

  • Salary range: base $50,000 to $60,000 + revenue share $20,000 to $30,000.

  • The job will be operational in function and will require critical thinking skills.

Your day-to-day.

You will be on varying teams of one or more Financial Advisors, assisting in the "on-boarding" process of bringing new clients into.

Working with investment vendors, inventory, greeting clients, gifts, schedules, the face of customer service, transferring money, deposits, distributions, exceptional phone skills, and customer service interfacing. You will prioritize incoming phone calls and emails, provide daily account updates, and perform other administrative tasks.

Requirements and qualifications.

  • Technology and phone skills are a 110% must-have. Softwares: Redtail CRM, Fidelity Wealthscape, E-Money Planning, and Envestnet Software.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Executive and corporately trained individuals who possess exceptional customer service skills.
  • An additional consideration for those close to retail wealth management space, resort hospitality, and operations backgrounds.
