OR Supervisor/Circulator - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Indianhead Medical Center (IMC) is a 25-bed critical access hospital and clinic that has been providing quality care to the surrounding communities for over 70 years. Services include inpatient, outpatient, clinical, surgical, rehabilitation with extensive inpatient and outpatient therapies, and emergency care. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional OR Supervisor/Circulator to join the IMC family.

As the OR Supervisor/Circulator with IMC, you would enjoy working directly with our providers and patients to schedule and assist with a variety of surgeries and procedures. Surgery types could include general, orthopedic, podiatry, plastic/hand, gynecology and urology. Other duties for the OR Manager would include scheduling staff, ordering supplies, training, data entry, circulator role and surgical teaching of patients.

In this role, you would enjoy an excellent work life balance with a 4x10 schedule (Monday – Thursday), leaving a long weekend to enjoy all that Northwest Wisconsin has to offer!

The OR Supervisor at IMC must:

• Have operating room/circulating job experience
• Have current Registered Nurse license
• Have surgical and staff scheduling experience
• Provide professional and compassionate patient care
