Outside Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing team.
Salary - $35-50K plus commission/bonus

What you will bring:

Delivering business results by following solid sales process
-
Attending industry group, chapter leads and networking events
-
Understanding of cost, price, value, and other financial drivers that impact profitability
-
Targeting the right prospective leads for FGC services (HVAC-R, Plumbing, Electrical, & Specialty) and Preventative Maintenance offerings
-
Building strong relationships with potential new customers
-
Identifying growth opportunities within the territory through cold calling, call reports, account plans and collaboration within the sales team to ensure growth attainment
-
Provide analysis to new and existing accounts for growth opportunities.

Forecasting and tracking key account metrics

Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and production scheduled

Develop and maintain sales funnel and pipeline for continuous business growth
You must have:
-
2 years of sales experiences
-
HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical sales experience preferred
-
Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
-
Must pass Background, Drug Screen and Driver’s License check
4-year degree preferred but not required
