Solcium Solar is looking for goal-driven individuals to join our award-winning team of renewable energy experts. Our Outreach team is the face of the brand within the community, working door-to-door to identify homeowners who are interested in taking control of their energy independence.

The mission of an Outreach Representative is to build rapport with potential customers to secure appointments for qualified homeowners.

Essential Functions

• Going door-to-door to find interested and qualified homeowners
• Setting and confirming appointments for our sales consultants to conduct an educational solar consultation with the homeowner
• Building the foundation of a strong relationship with the homeowners
• Providing solar expertise and value to customers by helping them understand there is a better option for their home energy solutions

Job Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to travel to and from the office & territory
• Ability to work evenings or weekends
• Self-driven to meet personal and team goals
• Ability to canvass designated areas, during all seasons

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
