American Distilling Inc. is the world’s largest producer of Distilled Witch Hazel Extracts. We are committed to maintaining our position as the industry leader by supplying our customers with the highest quality, sustainable, Distilled Witch Hazel ingredients with world class scale, capacity, sophistication and standards. We are seeking Production Operators for our first shift. Please note that training will take place for approximately 3 months. Position pays $15.00 during initial training period. Once fully trained, the pay increases to $15.50.

Responsibilities:

• Sets up and operates packing station in accordance with establishment procedures and guidelines
• Checks fill heights, seal adherence, label alignment, lot number on finished good containers according to company and or customer specifications.
• Verifies raw material goods are in good condition.
• Makes minor adjustments to packing equipment as needed.
• Adjusts station to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications in a timely fashion.
• Learns and rotates through various stations in the bottling process.
• Follows company policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
• This regular schedule is Mon-Fri 7:00AM - 4:00PM, however there may be is mandatory OT at times, which requires Saturday availability.

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
• Must be able to multi-task and must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Must have attention to detail
• Mechanical ability a plus
• Reads and interprets SOPs to set up operation station effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to ten pounds throughout the shift and up to 50 lbs as needed
• This job requires standing for the entire shift, yet there are breaks every two hours.
• This job requires various physical positions throughout the day, including lifting, twisting, bending, etc.
