Fee per written order. Flat payrate of $35.00 per order on a part time basis-licensed in State of PA preferred.
PRACTICE PROFESSIONAL
(LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Licensure: APP staff must meet one of the following criteria: a) Be licensed as Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC), or licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Experience and Training: Sufficient previous experience in providing BC/MT services and/or other related MH treatment related services, consultative and/or motivational interviewing practices in working with children and adolescents and their families experiencing behavioral and mental health challenges
Completes a Written Order prescriptive of MH treatment services to reflect specific MH diagnosis. Additionally, APP’s can develop an Individualized Treatment Plan that addresses the needs of the youth with input from the client, referring agency, CCO, and Regional Administrator of Outpatient Services. All goals/objectives are to be realistic, obtainable, and measurable.
Provide ongoing supervision directly related to the implementation of the Individualized Treatment Plan.
Conduct individual family sessions with all youth and family members as needed for development and ongoing supervision of the implementation of the Individualized Treatment Plan.
Provide for the safety, security, and appropriate social interaction and social behavior of all youth in the program.
Maintain professional documentation duties, i.e. written order letters, daily progress notes, incident reports as needed, treatment planning/updating, and other responsibilities delegated by the CCO, VP of Operations, Regional Administrator of Outpatient Services and Outpatient Liaison.
Present accurate clinical information to referral sources, family members, and other interagency contacts.
Provide clinical information for review in weekly supervision meetings, if applicable.
Improve level of competence through participation in on-going supervision and attend on and off-site training seminars.
Attend monthly clinical staff supervision if functioning in the role of a BC and/or MT.
