Parts Runner Job at Lakeside International Trucks
Purpose:
The Parts Runner will be the connection between our parts and service departments to deliver parts to service technicians in their bays to execute on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver parts to technicians in the service bays
- Pulling orders for shop and staging on service will call
- Assist in pulling part orders and provide general assistance in filling orders
- Periodically going through shop will call on billed parts not yet used
- Picking up cores and returns from shop and remove from RO’s
- General shop clean up and organization
- Responsible for assisting in the maintenance of accurate inventory records.
Skills, Knowledge and/ or Experience Required:
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Valid Driver’s license with good driving record.
- Able to effectively use computer system for parts department record keeping.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
