A day in the life of a Moneytree Payment Coordinator (Checks):

As a Moneytree Collection Representative (Payment Coordinator), you are our Customers’ front-line relationship manager responsible for delivering personalized, friendly service and helping our Customers with all their financial service needs. You will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
• Initiating and responding to Customer contacts in order to collect outstanding debts
• Returning Customer calls
• Answering messages
• Negotiating payment agreements

What you will bring

• REQUIRED: Fluency in Spanish and English
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Intermediate to advanced keyboarding skills and the ability to learn proprietary software systems
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Ability to use a multi-functioning telephone system
• Ability to gather and analyze information and use it to develop solutions to problems
• 3+ years of collection experience is preferred
• Ability to work remotely. Must reside in Washington, Idaho, Nevada, or Colorado.
